Dreams should be interpreted within two weeks of submission. If for some reason we are not able to do this, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Payment must be received before dreams can be interpreted. If for some reason dreams are submitted without payment being made, we will contact you in case there is a technical problem that needs to be resolved.

Only one interpretation per dream will be offered. If you are not satisfied with the interpretation you receive, or if you require clarification, please notify us as soon as possible (see Disclaimer). Interpretations sometimes take a while before the dreamer can see the situation(s) to which the dream applies. If you are still unsatisfied with the interpretation after 28 days of receipt of the interpretation, The Dream House will refund your payment.
